Your custom cushions are precisely finished and individually made. Depending on your preference, visible or concealed zips are possible. From 5 cm in height, we sew using the strip method for maximum stability; flatter cushions get a neatly rounded edge. Foam, jersey and optional padding provide protection, volume and a high-quality look – matched to your project.

We work with almost every shape – from rectangular to trapezoid and wedge-shaped to complex special shapes. We also precisely implement custom-made items from a sketch or template. Types of manufacturing
Cushions from a height of 5 cm are sewn using the strip method.
Cushions under 5 cm in height are folded over, so a rounded edge forms on top.

Foam without jersey and without padding
The most compact version with a clean shape. Depending on the fabric, cushion height increases by approx. 0.3–0.7 cm.
Foam with jersey, no padding
More comfort and volume with additional padding. Total height increases by approx. 0.3–0.9 cm depending on the fabric.
Foam without jersey, with padding
A noticeably softer, more voluminous appearance. Height can increase by approx. 1.5–2.0 cm depending on the fabric.
Foam with jersey and stronger padding
Maximum volume and an especially soft look. Total height can increase by approx. 1.5–2.3 cm.

Note on padding & the function of jersey
Padding gives a voluminous finish. With use, the padding can settle slightly over time.
The jersey protects the foam and makes it easier to fit the cover. Without a fixed bond between fabric and foam, slight slipping can occur.
