Silvertex® – Premium Fabrics for Boat & Yacht
For our custom yacht and boat cushions, we use Silvertex® by Spradling on request – a high-quality, matt-textured faux leather developed specifically for intensive use in the marine sector. The fine, woven-like look is elegant and modern, while also being extremely durable with over 300,000 Martindale cycles.
Thanks to PERMABLOK3®, the material is resistant to mould, stains and germs, while SILVERGUARD® provides antibacterial protection with silver ions. Silvertex is waterproof, UV-resistant, resistant to cold-cracking and difficult to ignite (EN 1021 1&2) – ideal for cockpit, cabin or outdoor cushions.
The material is easy to care for and simple to clean – perfect for demanding conditions at sea.
