How do our foams differ?

PUR (polyurethane foam)
The flexible all-rounder for your home. Whether for comfortable seat cushions, decorative cushions or solid mattresses – this material convinces with its elasticity and is also completely safe for your health.
HR (cold foam) The premium choice for anyone who values sleep comfort and durability. Thanks to its high elasticity and breathability, it's the ideal material for top-quality mattresses and shape-stable seating furniture.
Cold foam (HR foam) is a high-quality polyurethane foam with an open-cell structure. It is made using the "cold" process and then crushed, making it especially elastic, shape-stable and breathable.
Use: mainly in mattresses, upholstered furniture, seat and lounge cushions. Less suitable for outdoors → PUR foam is better there.

Important when choosing: pay attention to density (RG) and compression hardness (SH) – depending on use and body weight.
PUR foam (polyurethane foam) is created by foaming polyol and isocyanate. It is soft, flexible, lightweight and versatile. When made using the "cold" process, it becomes the well-known cold foam.

Very open-pored → good air circulation, dries quickly, minimal risk of mould.

Moisture-insensitive → ideal for outdoor use (e.g. garden cushions, bench pads).

Light & flexible → easy to transport, easy to work with.

Allergy-friendly → less prone to dust mites.
Applications: outdoor cushions, seat and bench pads, light mattresses as well as individual cuts.
PUR 18/20 – very soft
This especially soft PUR foam provides maximum comfort. Perfect for armrests, decorative cushions and cosy, soft seat cushions. Also available made to measure – for cushions that fit you exactly.
PUR 22/40 – soft
A versatile, pleasantly soft PUR foam. Ideal for armrests, soft backrests, comfortable seat cushions or guest mattresses (up to approx. 90 kg). For comfortable seating and relaxed
PUR 30/48 – medium-firm / standard
The popular all-rounder: medium-firm PUR foam for backrests, seat cushions and lounge cushions in solid quality. Especially popular for pallet cushions.
PUR 40/70 – very firm
very sturdy PUR foam for the highest loads. Optimal for seat cubes or camping mattresses (from approx. 110 kg). Durable, long-lasting and shape-stable.
HR 30/40 – medium-firm
A cold foam in standard quality with medium firmness. Suitable for mattresses up to approx. 80 kg body weight as well as for medium-firm seat cushions – durable, comfortable and versatile.

A high-quality cold foam with balanced firmness. Ideal for mattresses up to approx. 120 kg body weight as well as for caravan and boat cushions. Also excellently suited for seat cushions in solid standard quality.
HR 45/50 – firm
A firm cold foam in standard quality with high load capacity. Suitable for mattresses up to approx. 140 kg body weight as well as for firm seat cushions in a durable, high-quality version.
